Refund Policy
5.1 Subscription-Based Services
Matchday Stats provides its services exclusively on a subscription basis, which may include:
• monthly subscriptions;
• annual subscriptions;
• automatically renewing plans.
By subscribing, the user (“Subscriber”) expressly agrees to the recurring nature of the
payment obligations.
5.2 Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period (monthly or
annually), unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
The Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that:
• renewal occurs without further notice;
• payment is charged automatically using the selected payment method;
• continued access to the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the subscription.
5.3 Cancellation by the User
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the Subscriber through the account settings
or other means made available on the Platform.
Cancellation:
• takes effect at the end of the current billing period;
• does not result in immediate termination of access;
• does not stop an already initiated billing cycle.
The responsibility to cancel a subscription rests solely with the Subscriber.
5.4 No Refund Policy
All payments made to Matchday Stats are final and non-refundable, including but not
limited to:
• partial use of a subscription period;
• unused subscription time;
• mistaken purchases;
• failure to cancel prior to renewal;
• dissatisfaction with results, predictions, or outcomes;
• technical issues beyond reasonable control.
Matchday Stats does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements under
any circumstances, except where explicitly required by mandatory applicable law.
5.5 Responsibility of the Subscriber
The Subscriber is solely responsible for:
• managing subscription status;
• monitoring renewal dates;
• cancelling subscriptions in a timely manner;
• ensuring the accuracy of billing information.
Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.
5.6 No Waiver
The absence of a refund in a specific case shall not be construed as a waiver of this policy or
as creating a precedent for future refund requests.
5.7 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior cancellation in accordance with this
policy may be considered a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
Matchday Stats reserves the right to:
• suspend or terminate access;
• contest chargebacks;
• recover costs incurred as a result of unjustified payment disputes.
