established in Belgium and governed by Belgian law and applicable European Union
legislation.
1.2 Acceptance and Binding Nature
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, the user (the “User”)
expressly acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions
in their entirety.
If the User does not agree with any provision herein, access to and use of the Platform must
be discontinued immediately.
1.3 Nature and Scope of the Services
The Platform provides:
• statistical sports data,
• analytical insights,
• predictive models,
• simulations,
• probability-based forecasts,
• informational content related to sports events and performances.
All services are provided solely for informational, analytical, and entertainment
purposes.
No service offered by Matchday Stats constitutes regulated gambling activity.
1.4 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
1.4.1 General Disclaimer – “As Is / As Available”
The Platform is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Matchday Stats makes no representations or warranties, whether express, implied,
statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties regarding:
• uninterrupted availability,
• system stability or error-free operation,
• accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data,
• correctness of predictions or analytical outputs,
• fitness for a particular purpose,
• absence of viruses or harmful components.
All obligations of Matchday Stats constitute best-efforts obligations only.
No outcome, result, profit, or performance is guaranteed.
1.4.2 No Advice Disclaimer
Any data, analysis, prediction, simulation, commentary, or information made available on the
Platform:
• does not constitute financial advice,
• does not constitute betting advice,
• does not constitute investment advice,
• does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind.
The User remains solely and fully responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on
Platform content.
1.4.3 Betting Disclaimer – Risk of Financial Loss
Sports betting inherently involves financial risk and uncertainty.
• Losses may occur and are common
• Probabilities do not guarantee outcomes
• Historical data does not ensure future success
• Predictive models may be incorrect or incomplete
Matchday Stats shall under no circumstances be liable for:
• betting losses,
• lost stakes,
• missed profits,
• indirect financial consequences.
All betting-related decisions are made entirely at the User’s own risk.
1.4.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matchday Stats shall not be liable for
any:
• direct or indirect damages,
• financial or economic loss,
• loss of profits or revenue,
• loss of data,
• loss of opportunity,
• consequential or incidental damages,
• claims by third parties.
This limitation applies even where Matchday Stats has been informed of the possibility of
such damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, as required
under Belgian law.
1.4.5 Accuracy and Reliability of Data
​While reasonable efforts are made to ensure data quality, Matchday Stats provides no
guarantee that:
• datasets are complete or free of errors,
• external data sources are accurate,
• delays or omissions will not occur,
• models reflect real-world outcomes,
• predictions will materialize.
Data inaccuracies, analytical limitations, and forecasting errors are inherent risks of
statistical modeling.
1.5 Intellectual Property Rights
1.5.1 Ownership
All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including but not limited to:
• software,
• algorithms,
• databases,
• models,
• content,
• trademarks,
• logos,
are the exclusive property of Matchday Stats, unless expressly stated otherwise.
1.5.2 License to Use
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access
and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
1.5.3 Prohibited Use
Users are strictly prohibited from:
• copying or redistributing Platform data,
• reselling predictions or analyses,
• creating derivative products or services,
• scraping or harvesting data,
• using Platform content for commercial exploitation without written consent.
1.6 Suspension and Termination
Matchday Stats reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time
and without prior notice in the event of breach of these Terms.
1.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
PRIVACY POLICY
2.1 Data Controller
Matchday Stats acts as the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
(GDPR).
2.2 Categories of Personal Data
The Platform may process:
• identification data (name, email address),
• account credentials,
• IP address and device information,
• usage and analytics data,
• billing and invoicing data,
• subscription-related information.
2.3 Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed for:
• providing and managing services,
• account administration,
• analytics and platform improvement,

• invoicing and accounting,

2.4 Legal Bases

Matchday Stats does not intentionally process special categories of personal data under

Any references to injuries or player availability:
• rely exclusively on manifestly public information,
• exclude medical diagnoses or health data,
• are processed under Article 9(2)(e) GDPR.
No biometric, medical, or physiological data is collected or inferred.
2.7 Data Collection and Scraping Policy
Matchday Stats:
• does not scrape social media platforms,
• does not scrape private or restricted databases,
• does not scrape medical or health-related data,
• does not scrape personal data for profiling purposes.
Automated data collection is limited to lawful, publicly accessible sports statistics from
legitimate sources.
2.8 Data Recipients and Processors
Data may be shared with trusted processors, including:
• hosting providers,
• analytics services,
• payment processors (e.g. Stripe).
All processors operate under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
2.9 International Data Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such
as Standard Contractual Clauses are applied.
2.10 Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary.
Invoicing and accounting data may be retained for ten (10) fiscal years, in accordance with
Belgian law.
2.11 Rights of Data Subjects
Users have the right to:

2.12 Right to Lodge a Complaint
Users may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority if they believe

The Platform uses automated statistical models; however, these do not constitute automated
decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects under Article 22 GDPR.
COOKIE POLICY
3.1 Definition
Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s device to enable platform functionality and
analytics.

3.3 Consent

REFUND POLICY
4.1 Subscription-Based Services
Matchday Stats provides its services exclusively on a subscription basis, which may include:
• monthly subscriptions;
• annual subscriptions;
• automatically renewing plans.
By subscribing, the user (“Subscriber”) expressly agrees to the recurring nature of the
payment obligations.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period (monthly or
annually), unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
The Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that:
• renewal occurs without further notice;
• payment is charged automatically using the selected payment method;
• continued access to the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the subscription.
4.3 Cancellation by the User
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the Subscriber through the account settings
or other means made available on the Platform.
Cancellation:
• takes effect at the end of the current billing period;
• does not result in immediate termination of access;
• does not stop an already initiated billing cycle.
The responsibility to cancel a subscription rests solely with the Subscriber.
4.4 No Refund Policy
All payments made to Matchday Stats are final and non-refundable, including but not
limited to:
• partial use of a subscription period;
• unused subscription time;
• mistaken purchases;
• failure to cancel prior to renewal;
• dissatisfaction with results, predictions, or outcomes;
• technical issues beyond reasonable control.
Matchday Stats does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements under
any circumstances, except where explicitly required by mandatory applicable law.
4.5 Responsibility of the Subscriber
The Subscriber is solely responsible for:
• managing subscription status;
• monitoring renewal dates;
• cancelling subscriptions in a timely manner;
• ensuring the accuracy of billing information.
Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4.6 No Waiver
The absence of a refund in a specific case shall not be construed as a waiver of this policy or
as creating a precedent for future refund requests.
4.7 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior cancellation in accordance with this
policy may be considered a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
Matchday Stats reserves the right to:
• suspend or terminate access;
• contest chargebacks;
• recover costs incurred as a result of unjustified payment disputes.
IMPORTANT BETTING DISCLAIMER
Matchday Stats is not a bookmaker and does not accept bets.
All betting-related content:
